House Sitting    Residential Organizing Going away for a week, a month, or a season?  Feel confident that your home is secure while you are away.  We'll provide the following services as well as email you photos of your home after each visit along with a checklist of services completed.    Feeling overwhelmed by a disorganized home, garage, attic, or closet?  Let us help you reduce your stress, increase productivity, and find things faster by getting you organized and providing you with strategies for long-term clutter management.  ●  Secure home for season or vacation ●  Check all doors, windows & entry ways ●  Check security system ●  Monitor temperature and humidistat controls ●  Open & close house as needed ●  Monitor lighting ●  Clear newspapers and flyers from property ●  Collect or forward mail ●  Water plants ●  Run faucets & toilets ●  Check for mildew, mold, or leaks ●  Start and run car ●  Grounds inspection ●  Clear debris ●  Monitor pool water level and adjust as needed ●  Check on landscapers, pool service and pest     control For an additional fee, we can also wait for deliveries, repair workers, or other service providers while you are away from home.  Need cleaning services when leaving or returning?  We can arrange to have your home cleaned. Returning from your trip?  We can stock your refrigerator the day before your arrival.  Just send us a shopping list and for an additional fee the items will be there waiting for you.      ●  Organize kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, closets,     garage, attic, or any other part of your home ●  Sort, pack, organize and catalog the possessions of     an estate   ●  Create filing and record management systems ●  Help unpack after moving into your new home
